Where can I find release notes and what’s new?
Release notes are published on each app’s page on this site. You can also see the full version history in the App Store listing for each app.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email info@loggate.tech with a description of what happened, your device model, and the iOS version you’re running. Screenshots or screen recordings are a huge help.
I have a feature request. Can I submit it?
Yes. Email us or find us on X/Twitter — we read everything, even if we can’t promise every feature will ship.
Does LogGate collect my data?
Our apps process everything on-device. We don’t collect your footage, files, or usage data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I purchased an in-app upgrade and it’s not unlocking.
First, try the Restore Purchases option in the app settings. If that doesn’t resolve it, email us and include the Apple ID email you use for the App Store.
I need a refund.
App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
